Question 1:  Do you have the Fingerprint Display Vacuum Metallizing Equipment in stock?

Answer: For the equipment which is built with standard configurations, we have it in stock; 
For the equipment which will be designed with customized configurations, none in stock. 

Question 2: What the deliver time?
Answer: It takes 30 days for the equipment with standard configurations.
       It takes 90 days for the equipment with customized configurations.

Question 3: If the operator must with PVD technical background?
Answer: No, no need qualified PVD expert to operate the machine. Because the equipment is designed and fabricated with ONE-TOUCH operation process, besides we have after-sales team to provide regular maintenance service in the demand.

Question 4: What training courses can you provide?
Answer: The training courses including:
1) Vacuum metallization working principle;

2) Equipment’s operation and troubles shooting, regular maintenance;
3) HMI program’s operation;
4) Evidence items and coating processes selection accordingly;
5) New coating processes R&D.

Question 5: Do you also provide consumable materials?
Answer: Yes, for new equipment, we supply standard consumable and maintenance spare parts kits. Afterwards, we can also provide all components and consumable materials at charge.

Question 6:  What languages are available for your HMI operation program Answer: The default operation languages are English and Chinese. However, since the program is designed with icon-based, so most different languages can be translated at the requests like: Korean, Spanish, French, Arabic, Persian, Turkish, Russian, Germany etc.
Question 7: What is the warranty?

Answer: 1 year limited warranty as standard and extended warranty service is available.  

Question 8: Is the vacuum metallization process expensive?
Answer: According to our experience and experiments, one coating process costs around USD$2.00, so the cost is extremely low.

Question 9: How long time for one metallization process take?
Answer: Normally, it takes 10 minutes, depends on exhibit materials and working environment.

Question 10: Can I process multiple evidence items in ONE cycle?  
Answer: Yes, you can at the condition that when the multiple items are the same material type. Because for different materials, the coating materials and coating parameters might various.
Question 11: Is the metallization process has affection for subsequent DNA or ballistic testings?   
Answer: No, The process is non-destructive and does not damage the underlying surface or the fingerprint residue. Besides, the visible fingerprint can help to identifying and collect DNA areas effectively.  
Question 12: What the working environment is it required?
Answer: The standard working facilities:
1) Standard cleaning-room laboratory environment   
2) Operation space (L*W*H)mm: 1500*1200*2000

3) Power supply: 1Ph, AC220V, 50Hz, 6.5KW.
